Enquiry & admission privacy notice

When you submit an enquiry, Cakeuncle Academy of Pastry Arts uses your name, contact details, course or franchise concept choice, city, investment range and any other details you provide to respond to your admissions or franchise enquiry. By checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted about that enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.

For student admission applications, we also collect your date of birth, nationality, current and permanent addresses, education, baking experience, programme and accommodation preferences, goals, guardian and emergency contact details, and declarations. CAPA uses these details to review your application, discuss eligibility, plan training and contact you about enrolment. Applicants under 18 must have approval from the parent or guardian named in the application. Please obtain permission before sharing another person’s contact details.

For enquiry forms, we record the source page, referring website’s origin and campaign identifiers supplied in the link you followed, such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs. Campaign information is retained in your browser’s session storage while you browse the website. The student admission form does not store application details in browser storage; closing or reloading the page clears unsent details.

Submissions are processed through Netlify and stored in CAPA’s Supabase database. Student applications are kept separately from enquiry records. Public website visitors cannot read, update or delete either type of record. Identity documents, photographs and education records are handled during follow-up verification; please do not enter identity numbers, payment details or medical records in this form.
